Recently the Marshall Chamber of Commerce staff, board members and Ambassadors gathered with civic leaders, media, friends, and staff with owners, Miguel and Luisa Lopez of Miguel's Authentic Mexican Restaurant to celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The authentic Mexican restaurant recently expanded its business by relocating to 200 W. Pinecrest Drive in Marshall, TX (in the old Save A Lot building). Miguel's offers a great selection of excellent quality, homemade Mexican food. They specialize in great personal care and service to their customers.
Miguel and Luisa are living the American dream and they are continuing to work very hard to achieve success. Miguel's Restaurant is a new Chamber member. Miguel has taken advantage of the Chamber's recent marketing seminar and plans to attend Leadership Marshall 2009. Luisa and many of their staff attend ESL classes at Panola College. They are a vital part of the Marshall community.
