Recently the Marshall Chamber of Commerce staff, board members and Ambassadors gathered with civic leaders, media, friends, and Administrator Susan Kottenbrook of Heritage House of Marshall Health & Rehabilitation Center to celebrate the grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
